Today’s wrap is an easy & very tasty one from The Abs Diet, Eat Right Every Time guide. For you peanut butter lovers out there, this one is for you!
Ingredients:
1.5 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
1 whole wheat tortilla
2/3 cup chopped precooked chicken
3/4 cup mixed greens
1/4 cup matchstick carrots
1 teaspoon diced cilantro
Spread peanut butter down center of tortilla. Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Fold outside edges in, then roll.
