Today’s recipe is a family favorite at the Staggs’ – probably because it’s easy AND good for you! ENJOY!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 14 oz. can diced tomatoe
- 5 oz. can black beans
- 14 oz. can corn
- 1-1/2 oz. packet chili mix
- 1T ground flax1/4 C water
- 1 C brown rice
Directions
Cook rice.
Brown turkey. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cook over low heat 10 min.
Serve over rice.
