Directions
1.Put cereal in a zip-top bag, seal, and pound the hell out of it. In a large bowl, whisk egg and desired amount of hot sauce together.Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then roll in crushed cereal. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 20 minutes.
